I used 1.75mg of this 45 minute before sex and it kicked in perfectly fine. It works absolutely fine. But I still had a massive erection 8 hours later and I struggled keeping it down all day. So I think 1.75mg is too much for me I definitely recommend it for a male but start at 0.5mg or 1mg.
